Get Help

What to do if you need help...

If you are homeless (or about to become homeless) and in need of services, call the Mission at:
270-683-8267 and speak to our Admissions Coordinator, Cari.  She will do a phone assessment with you to determine if we can help.

We cannot speak to other people on your behalf, it may be in violation of your HIPAA Rights, so please be sure to call yourself.

We will do our best to meet the needs of everyone who asks for services.  If you are homeless and in need of shelter, please do not wait until after hours to call.

Please call during the day while our Admissions staff are in the building.

Boulware primarily serves Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, McLean, Ohio, Union, and Webster Counties in Western Kentucky.

Average Length of Stay - 4 Months

Number of Residents Receiving Licensed Alcohol & Drug Treatment - 183 (56%)

Number (of Non-Residents) Receiving Outpatient Licensed Alcohol & Drug Treatment - 86

13% of Residents Were Disabled

4% of Residents Were Veterans

17% Had No High School Diploma  (70% of those attended GED tutoring)

4 Clients Enrolled in School

83% Had Problems with Drugs/Alcolol

88% of those Able to Work Became/Were Employed
