Is this a walk-in facility?
No, you must speak with the Admissions Coordinator to get a bed date.

How early can we arrive for check-in?
9 am on the date you are assigned.

Do I need to bring my own pillows, towels, or sheets?
No, linens will be provided for you by Boulware.

Can I have visitors?
After your Case Manager approves, you will be able to contact whom you wish to visit and give them the rules about visitation. They will not be able to call and check on you because the person answering the phone cannot confirm or deny who is at the mission due to privacy laws.

What is NOT permitted at the Mission?
Guns, knives, any kind of weapons, e-cigarettes, products containing alcohol (mouthwash, hand sanitizer, cologne), and electronic that can be connected to the internet.

What IS permitted at the Mission upon check-in?
6 pair of pants and 6 tops
Sleepwear, underwear, and socks
1 jacket or coat
2 pairs of shoes
Personal hygiene products
Toothbrush and toothpaste
Shampoo and needed styling products
Deodorant
Soap or body wash
Laundry Detergent
Money
Bible (if desired)
Reading and study material
AA Big Book
Envelopes, stamps, writing paper, and pens
Personal music player and DVD player (that does NOT have internet capabilities)
Court orders
Eviction papers (if applicable)
Pay stubs and documentation of income, termination papers, verification of all income
Discharge papers if referred from another agency
Personal ID or Driver's License

* Meals will be provided. You are responsible for any cash brought to Boulware. We do not have lockboxes or means of securing your money and valuables and we are not responsible for lost or stolen property.
